In accordance with the distance selling regulations, you can cancel your order any time up to 7 days after you have had delivery of your product(s). If you do decide you no longer require your products we will be happy to have it returned to us. The item must be in its original wrapping, unopened and in the condition it was received. It is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost. Please Note: By installing or using the product in any way you are accepting your order and therefore we cannot accept a return unless the item is found to be operationally faulty.
If you find your item to be faulty in any way, please contact us immediately so that we can help to remedy this for you. Depending on the fault (for example, cosmetic damage or operational fault) depends on the course of action - we can discuss this fully with you and ensure you are happy with your purchase.
