Chemical Starter Kit

Containing everything you need to get your hot tub going, our chemical starter kit contains:

• Chlorine Granules
• pH Increaser
• pH Reducer
• No-Foam
• Chemical Test Strips

Spare Filter (or filter set)

It's important to keep your hot tub running smoothly and your water clean. Depending on your model, you'll either recieve a spare filter or a twin-filter set, so you can alternate your filters every few weeks to keep things in good working order. We recommend you also purchase our Instant Filter Cleaner, which you can use when you alternate filters.

Cover Lifter

An essential item for any hot tub, the cover lifter reduces the amount of effort it takes to remove your cover. Simply use the handle (one-handed, if you like!) to lift your cover and it's supported by the lifting arms. This also keeps your cover away from the ground, preventing any dirt and bacteria from being transferred from the cover to the water.

First Full Service

To keep your hot tub in good working order, it should be serviced at least once per year - just like your car. When we service your hot tub we'll clean everything out, inspecting each component that could be prone to failure due to lack of maintenance, such as your pumps and heating system. We ensure that everything is in tip top condition, and our Gold Package ensures that your first full service is taken care of.
