COVID-19 has caused delays to our supply chain. Also, as you'll probably have read, the UK's ports are overloaded and running far behind as they try to cope - this sadly affects our hot tubs arriving from the factory. We know this is frustrating as you want to enjoy your new hot tub, but we hope you can understand that these delays are beyond our control and the unpredictable nature of these effects is making it difficult for us to give accurate delivery timescales.
