If you're thinking of ordering either one of our stunning new hot tubs for sale there's a few things to consider and understand first about the delivery & installation process.
Delivery options
When purchasing a hot tub from H2O, you can choose from a basic delivery & positioning service, or a full set-up service.
As long as you have the required electrics set up, our installation service means you can have your new hot tub delivered and ready to use the same day!
(Note, depending on the time of delivery your hot tub may not be up to temperature in time for you to use it on the same day)
It's important to understand the difference between the Delivery & Positioning service and the Full Set Up - plus give consideration to how we'll get the hot tub into your garden.
We'll ask for detailed photos and videos of the route from the street to where you'd like the hot tub to live so we can assess the best possible route and advise of any obstacles.
Hot tubs are brought into the garden on their sides on a skid (as you can see in the photos here) so we need to consider width, height and turning space.

What happens on the day

Do I need a crane for my hot tub delivery?
Sometimes our customers require their new hot tub to be lifted into their garden, either over the house, a garage or a fence/wall.
We have our own HIAB crane which can lift 7 metres, perfect for fences, walls and hedges.
If it needs to go over the house, you'll likely require a full-size crane.
The cost for this can typically be anywhere between £400-£1000 depending on location, how busy the street is and various other factors.
If you're in any doubt, please email us with details of your property and ideally a Google Maps screenshot so we can see the house.

If your chosen hot tub is physically in stock at our Nottinghamshire warehouse (where we also have our hot tub showroom), we can usually deliver in just 7-10 working days.
Otherwise, it can be anything up to 12 weeks - it all depends on how busy we are.
But we'll do our best to get your dream hot tub to your home as quick as we can... it'll be worth the wait!
