Chemicals and Accessories

In stock chemicals and accessories are dispatched within 1 working day of your order. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. If your basket includes a hot tub and smaller items, we may ship them separately so you receive the smaller items sooner. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email, with tracking where available. Deliveries typically arrive between 8am and 8pm.

Hot Tub Delivery Times

Hot tub delivery depends on stock status and your location. In stock hot tubs are usually delivered within 4 weeks. For factory order hot tubs, delivery can take up to 14 weeks. Please contact us before ordering if you need a firm timeframe for your postcode, and we will confirm the current lead time with you.

After You Order

If you place your order online, a member of our team will contact you within 1 working day to confirm details and begin scheduling. If you order by phone, we will give you a provisional delivery date at the time of ordering. That date will be confirmed once we have verified access suitability and any site requirements with you.

Delivery Coordination

Before we book your slot, we will review access and discuss any special requirements. Safe, suitable access is essential, please tell us about tight gates, steps, steep gradients, or other obstacles. Ensure you have a firm, level base ready and that the electrical supply is in place, isolated, and certified by a qualified electrician. Our team will work with you to choose a convenient date once everything is ready.

Delivery Areas and Remote Locations

We deliver across the UK. Delivery to remote locations, islands, or areas with restricted access may take longer or require additional planning. If you are unsure, contact us for confirmation before ordering and we will advise on timescales.

Missed or Failed Delivery

If a courier delivery for chemicals or accessories is missed, the carrier will usually reattempt or hold the parcel at a local depot, you can manage a new date via the tracking link. If we arrive for a hot tub delivery and cannot complete it due to unsuitable access or no one being present, we will rearrange the booking, additional charges may apply.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your items on arrival. For chemicals and accessories, report any transit damage within 48 hours, including photos of the packaging and product. For hot tubs, note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork and inform us immediately so we can resolve it quickly.

Delays Outside Our Control

Severe weather, road incidents, peak season pressure, or other events outside our control can occasionally affect delivery schedules. If this happens, we will update you promptly and arrange the next available date.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a chemicals or accessories order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, our returns policy will apply. For hot tubs, especially made to order or factory orders, changes or cancellations after confirmation may not be possible, or may incur charges. Speak to us promptly and we will advise on options.
