How long does a virtual showroom appointment take?
Most appointments take around 30 minutes. That gives us plenty of time to understand what you're looking for, show you suitable hot tubs and answer your questions without taking up too much of your day.
Do I need to know which hot tub I want already?
Not at all. In fact, that's exactly what we're here to help with. Tell us what matters to you, from size and seating to hydrotherapy, features and budget, and we'll help narrow down the options.
Do I need to turn my camera on?
It'd be nice to see you, but no. You're welcome to keep your camera off and simply chat with us while we show you around the showroom. If you'd like advice about your garden or access, you'll just need to turn your camera on briefly so you can show us the space.
Can I show you my garden and access?
Absolutely. Turn your camera around and show us where you're thinking of putting your hot tub, along with gates, pathways or anything else you're unsure about. We can give you some initial advice on positioning, size and access.
Can my partner or someone else join the appointment?
Of course. We'd actually encourage it if you're choosing your hot tub together. You can join from the same device or, depending on the video platform, from separate devices.
Is there any obligation to buy?
None at all. The appointment is completely free and there's no obligation to place an order. It's simply an easier way to explore your options and get personal advice from our team.
What happens after my appointment?
We'll send you any relevant information and links to the hot tubs we've discussed, so you can take another look in your own time. If you have any more questions afterwards, you'll know exactly who to speak to.
