1000 Series

The round shape sold it for us because it feels much more sociable than a normal square tub. Everyone faces each other and theres plenty of space. Molly made ordering straightforward, while Ty and Leighton did a cracking job on delivery day.

Great for the whole family. The kids like the lights and music while we appreciate having proper comfortable seats and strong jets. Pauline answered every question honestly, and George and Scott were brilliant getting it through a tight gap beside the garage.

Exactly what we wanted for family evenings. The five upright seats make it much easier to talk and nobody ends up floating around awkwardly. Molly kept us updated throughout, and Lee and Scott were careful, polite and made the installation look straightforward.

Very happy with the whole purchase. Its spacious, comfortable and feels properly powerful when the jets are running. The round seating is perfect when friends visit. Molly was excellent, and George and Leighton were friendly, organised and very professional.

The buy now pay later option meant we could get the spa installed for summer without starting the payments immediately. Everything was explained properly and there were no surprises. Tony and Scott were brilliant during delivery and made sure we were completely happy.

Couldnt be happier with it so far. The jets give a decent massage, theres room for everyone and it looks lovely with the underwater lights on. Pauline was friendly and helpful, while Lee and Aaron left the garden completely clean and tidy.

Really solid and well made hot tub. The seats support you properly, the controls are easy and the music system sounds surprisingly full. Simon and Neil were polite, careful and even helped us turn it slightly after we changed our minds.

The circulation pump is really quiet when the main jets arent running, which is great because the spa sits close to our conservatory. Pauline was very helpful, while Aaron and Scott were professional, careful and checked everything was level before leaving.

Absolutely made up with our new hot tub. The round shape feels really spacious and theres loads of leg room in the middle. The jets hit the shoulders and back nicely. Ty and Simon were sound, arrived on time and left everything spotless.

The finance deal made buying it much easier. We paid the deposit, had the spa delivered and dont need to start the main payments for six months. Molly explained everything clearly, and Leighton and George were brilliant throughout the installation.

Love the round design because everyone can actually sit and chat without being lined up facing the same way. The seats are comfortable and the jets have plenty of power. Molly was brilliant, and Neil and Tony were friendly, careful and explained everything properly on delivery day.

Had ours for about a month and its been used almost every evening. The jets have a surprising amount of power and the water stays lovely and clear. Simon and Scott were excellent delivery lads and gave us some really useful maintenance tips.

Best hot tub for chatting and having people round. The circular seating means everyone faces into the middle and it feels very social. Molly was patient with all our questions, while George and Tony were friendly and took proper care around our new paving.

We went with the 32A setup and are really pleased with the performance. The jets have loads of pressure and it stays nice and hot while were using it. Neil and Aaron were friendly, tidy and explained how everything worked clearly.

Really good size for five people without completely taking over the garden. The seats are deep, comfortable and roomy enough for taller adults. Pauline made ordering easy, and Neil and Lee managed our awkward garden access without any fuss or damage.

The sound system is much better than expected and the lights look brilliant reflecting off the shell at night. More importantly, the seats are comfortable and the jets feel great after work. Pauline was lovely and Leighton and Neil handled delivery perfectly.

Really impressed with the jet power. Every seat feels slightly different and theres no bad place to sit. The round shape looks great on our patio too. Aaron and Simon were brilliant during delivery and left everything completely tidy before they went.

Perfect for socialising with friends and family. Weve had five adults in comfortably and theres loads of space in the middle. Pauline answered all our questions before ordering, while Ty and George did a cracking job getting the hot tub round the side of the house.

We chose the plug and play option because we wanted something simple to install. It was filled and warming up the same day. Ty and Aaron were really helpful, positioned it exactly where we asked and explained all the controls without overcomplicating anything.

Looks fantastic on our circular patio and feels like it was made for the space. Five people can sit around comfortably without knocking knees. Molly was lovely throughout, and Tony and Lee made a fairly tricky delivery feel completely stress free.
