Across the AquaPlan range, your plan can include drain and refills, refresh services, full services, visual health checks, and replacement filters on selected plans.
Full Service visits include a spa flush to cleanse internal pipework, a drain down with wet vacuum, a thorough clean of the shell interior, cabinet and lid, silicone shine protector, cover treatment, a refill with fresh water, water rebalancing using your own chemicals, a comprehensive 19-point check, and a visual health check.
Refresh Service visits include a drain down, a thorough clean of the shell interior and cabinet, a refill with fresh water, chemical balancing using your own chemicals, a visual health check, and replacement filters.
Drain & Refill visits include draining the hot tub, refilling with fresh water, and rebalancing using your own chemicals.

AquaPlan service plan pricing varies depending on your location, helping us fairly reflect travel and servicing costs across the areas we cover.
EarlyBird discounted pricing is available when you start your AquaPlan agreement within 7 days of taking delivery of your new hot tub. After this period, standard pricing will apply. All monthly prices are based on 24 monthly Direct Debit payments.
We currently offer AquaPlan across England & Wales (excluding EX, PL and TR postcodes), Devon & Cornwall (EX, PL and TR postcodes), and South Scotland (DG, EH, G, KA, ML and TD postcodes).
For customers in England & Wales, AquaPlan Essential is available from £31.99 per month, AquaPlan Plus from £28.99 per month, and AquaPlan Managed from £89.99 per month. If you take advantage of our EarlyBird offer, AquaPlan Essential reduces to £23.99 per month, AquaPlan Plus to £26.99 per month, and AquaPlan Managed to £84.99 per month.
For customers in Devon & Cornwall, AquaPlan Essential is available from £36.99 per month, AquaPlan Plus from £33.99 per month, and AquaPlan Managed from £99.99 per month. EarlyBird pricing reduces these monthly payments to £28.99, £31.99 and £94.99 respectively.
For customers in South Scotland, AquaPlan Essential is available from £38.99 per month and AquaPlan Plus from £35.99 per month. EarlyBird pricing reduces these monthly payments to £30.99 and £33.99 respectively. AquaPlan Managed is not currently available in this region.
