Beautifully sculpted shell.
2000 Series has a shell that's a masterpiece of engineering, each one precision-cast for a flawless, high-gloss look that also beautifully reflects the LED lighting for a wonderful night-time effect.
Available in Marble White, Storm Cloud or Pearl Shadow, each has a totally unique pattern.
Strength, from the core.
The AluGuard frame is the core of the spa.
Crafted from aerospace-grade aluminum with hand-finished "fish-scale" welds - the most advanced bonding process in the world.
AluGuard is 10x more durable than wood or steel frames and entirely immune to rust.
HeatBank insulation
Further boost efficiency with (optional) HeatBank panels, a triple-layered insulation board that reflects radiant energy back into the spa.
HeatBank is designed to withstand temperatures up to 110°C without ever losing shape, ensuring your spa remains "always-ready" while keeping your running costs low, even in the height of a British winter.
Built to stay hot.
We built the 2000 Series around a robust 33mm foam sandwich base and triple-layer cabinetry.
Targeted foam under the shell actively defends against thermal loss.
And the premium 64-88mm insulated lid traps your heat between every single soak.

What you need to prepare
We’ll deliver your 2000 Series to it's final position in your garden (assuming access is suitable).
The 2000 Series must be installed on solid, flat and level ground capable of supporting at least 2000kg.
If you opt for 13A Plug & Play, the 2000 Series can plug into an IP65 rated outdoor 13A socket. This must be a dedicated outdoor socket and must not be connected via an extension lead. The outdoor socket should be run directly from the property’s ring main and positioned within 2m of the spa.
The 2000 Series comes with a 5m cable & plug. Please note, around 1.5 metres of this cable is routed internally through the spa for a neat finish.
If upgrading to 32A, your electrician will need to install an RCD-protected 32A supply from your main fuse board using 6mm² 3-core SWA cable.
We require an IP65-rated rotary isolator switch to be installed so the spa can be safely isolated for servicing or in an emergency. Ideally positioned 2-3 metres away from the hot tub, remain clearly visible and easily accessible in an emergency, and must not be installed within 1m of the spa itself.
A suitable tail of 6mm² 3-core SWA cable (6m minimum) must be left from the isolator switch to the hot tub for connection during installation.
All electrical work must be completed and certified by a qualified Part P registered electrician.
