Really impressed with everything

From ordering to delivery, everything was spot on. Molly was fantastic to deal with and kept things nice and simple. The hot tub itself is lovely, very comfortable, easy to control and great value for what you get. Delivery was brilliant, the lads were helpful and friendly and explained everything clearly. We’ve been using it after the gym and on lazy Sunday mornings. It’s been a GREAT buy.

So easy to use

We were a bit nervous about looking after a hot tub, but it’s honestly been much easier than expected. The Azure is comfy, simple to use and feels really well made. Pauline was fantastic and answered all our questions before we ordered. The delivery lads were great, very friendly and didn’t rush the handover. They showed us how to use it all properly. We use it most evenings after work, it’s become part of the routine now.

Fantastic team and lovely tub

We’re really happy with our hot tub from H2O. Pauline was fantastic from start to finish and made the buying process really straight forward. It’s comfortable, easy to use and better value than a lot of others we looked at. The delivery team were brilliant, really friendly lads and very helpful with showing us how it all worked. We’ve been using it most nights, especially when the weather is cold. Makes it even better somehow!

We should have bought one sooner

We’re loving our Azure hot tub. It’s comfy, easy to use and just a really nice thing to have at home. Molly was fantastic to deal with, very friendly and knew her stuff. Delivery was smooth and the lads were great, no fuss, no mess and they showed us how to use the controls and chemicals. We’ve been in it most evenings, usually with a drink after the kids have gone to bed. BEST decision.

The garden feels like a holiday now

Our Azure has completely changed how we use the garden. It is really comfortable, easy to look after and looks far more expensive than it was. Molly & Katie were fantastic and helped us feel confident with the order. The delivery team were also brilliant, careful with access and really friendly once it was in place. They gave us a proper run through of the controls. We’ve been using it most mornings before work, which still feels a bit mad but lovely.

Do you deliver the Azure in my area?

We deliver our hot tubs all over the UK mainland... so if you live in England, Scotland or Wales then yes, we do!

Can you deliver with a crane?

We don't have a crane ourselves, but we can help you to source a crane for delivery over the top of your property or to an upper level.

Should I use chlorine or bromine?

This is entirely personal choice. Chlorine is the most common chemical for a hot tub and for maintaining clean water, but bromine can be suitable for those with chlorine sensitivity. Speak to our team to learn more.

What ground work do I need for the Azure?

We recommend a hard, flat ground with a poured concrete base that has been levelled off.

You can then add gravel, bark or anything else around this to create a decorative effect.

We can also install on patios (as long as they're flat) and decking if it it reinforced.
