Worth every penny so far. We went back and forth for ages before buying, but Molly was patient and answered everything honestly. The Ember is easy to use, comfortable and looks much more expensive than it was. Delivery was quick and very professional.

Really pleased with our Ember. We wanted something compact but not tiny and this is just right. The loungers are comfortable and the jets have plenty of power. Pauline explained everything in normal English which was a big help, and delivery was excellent.

Honestly better than we expected. The Ember fits our patio perfectly and the two loungers are really comfy. Delivery lads were sound, got it into place without any fuss and showed us how everything worked. Molly was lovely aswell and answered loads of questions before we ordered.

Top service all round. We had awkward access down the side of the house, but the delivery lads managed it without any drama and took real care with the fencing. The Ember is perfect for me and my wife, especially the two loungers. Couldn't be happier with it.

Just what we wanted for the corner of our patio. Not too big, not too basic and really comfortable to sit in. Pauline was dead helpful and the delivery guys were great, even moved it slightly when I changed my mind about the position.

Super excited for delivery of our new hot tub!!! Ordered the Ember and Molly was so great and friendly and helpful to help us choose. We wanted a small spa where we could lay side by side and this is the best one we found, can't wait!
