Where to start?
Well that was my question too. Being a novice to the hot tub world, not only was I cautious to what tub suited my needs, but also spending money without visiting a showroom. Gregg put my mind at ease from our first phone call.
He went above and beyond, even sending photos and videos of the tub, including the orientation if the tub overlayed to a picture of my garden.
Communication was second to none, delivery delayed to suit my needs and a completely ‘pressure free’ sale. No hard sell!
Delivery day came and I had arranged my own HIAB hire, but the team, Kev & Aaron were on site ahead of time getting set up. They could have done it blindfolded.
They made sure we were happy with the positioning of the tub before filling and got a full walk around tour of the tub.
Could not rate the team highly enough!
And the tub, it’s gone down a treat with the kids too!

We’ve turned our garden into a proper retreat with this. The LED lights at night are stunning, and the jets are so soothing. Gregg was brilliant—super knowledgeable and patient with us.
