Where to start?
Well that was my question too. Being a novice to the hot tub world, not only was I cautious to what tub suited my needs, but also spending money without visiting a showroom. Gregg put my mind at ease from our first phone call.
He went above and beyond, even sending photos and videos of the tub, including the orientation if the tub overlayed to a picture of my garden.
Communication was second to none, delivery delayed to suit my needs and a completely ‘pressure free’ sale. No hard sell!
Delivery day came and I had arranged my own HIAB hire, but the team, Kev & Aaron were on site ahead of time getting set up. They could have done it blindfolded.
They made sure we were happy with the positioning of the tub before filling and got a full walk around tour of the tub.
Could not rate the team highly enough!
And the tub, it’s gone down a treat with the kids too!

Bought ours a couple of months ago, and it is absolutely great, Gregg was brilliant and helped us with the whole process including sorting the vehicle to get it lifted over the roof of my property.

Plenty of room without everyone knocking knees together. The jets are strong in every seat and the sound system is surprisingly decent. Molly helped us choose the right model and the installation team did a cracking job on the day.

Looks fantastic on our decking and feels even better to use. The lounger gives a great full body massage and the upright seats are comfortable too. Delivery lads were friendly, tidy and happy to answer every question we had.

Absolutely love this hot tub. It looks amazing at night with the lights and water features on, and the speakers are much better than expected. Molly answered all our questions before ordering and never made us feel rushed or pressured.

Weve had the Retreat Bay XL for a few weeks now and its been fantastic. Loads of room, really strong jets and the lounger is spot on after work. Molly was helpful throughout and the delivery lads were careful, friendly and left everything tidy.

The whole family is obsessed with it. Six of us can sit comfortably without everyone kicking each other, and each seat gives a different massage. Pauline was lovely to deal with and the delivery team were polite, organised and really knew their stuff.

Really happy with everything. The Retreat Bay XL is roomy, comfortable and has serious jet power. It works just as well for family time as it does for relaxing as a couple. Delivery and service were both excellent.

Would recommend it to anyone wanting a proper family sized hot tub with strong performance. Theres plenty of space, the lounger is excellent and the speakers sound great. Molly and the delivery lads were all friendly, helpful and very professional.

Its become the main feature of our garden and gets used far more than we expected. The seats are deep and comfortable, the jets hit all the right places and the lights look brilliant. Pauline made ordering easy from start to finish.

We use the lounger after the gym and its brilliant on tired legs and lower back. The other seats all feel different too, so theres plenty of choice. Molly was friendly and the delivery lads made setup really simple.

Very happy with the Retreat Bay XL. The circulation pump is nice and quiet when its filtering, then the main pumps have loads of power when you want them. Delivery was smooth and the lads explained the controls and chemicals in plain English.

Absolutely made up with our Retreat Bay XL. It feels very well made and the jet pressure is much stronger than the tubs we tried elsewhere. Delivery wasnt easy with our access but the lads stayed calm and got it in without a mark.

The lounger is definately the best seat but all six positions have good jets and plenty of room. Weve had family round several times already and everyone loves it. The delivery lads were sound and gave us a really useful demonstration before leaving.

Worth getting the electrics sorted for this one. The two pumps give it serious power and the heater keeps the temperature steady while were using it. Molly explained what we needed before ordering so there were no surprises on delivery day.

Had friends over last weekend and everyone loved it. Plenty of space for six and the water stayed hot the whole evening. The music and lights made it feel really special. Delivery was bang on time and the lads were very professional.
