Good job done by Andrei and Kevin. They were both very friendly, helpful and tidy workman. Upon instalment, they provided great professional information in regards to the cleaning and chemical processes for my hot tub. This was a great help especially being a first time purchasers of a hot tub.

I Have had my 500 series hot tub for 6 years now , and I have always found that H20 hot tubs give excellent service , very helpful if you have a problem especially Gregg and Pauline couldn’t be more helpful and obliging 😊 I had a noise which I thought was my pump so I spoke to Gregg and instead of saying they would send a engineer ( like most companies) he talked me through it and I sent him a video ,on further inspection we discovered that it was only the speaker !! Which saved a few £ s Would certainly recommend H20 HOT TUBS ! 👍many thanks

How much space do I need?

Allow the spa footprint plus at least 50 cm clearance on each side for access, and space for the cover to open. A solid, level base that supports around 1 tonne per square metre is essential.

What electrical supply is required?

A dedicated 32A (or dual 32A) supply installed by a qualified electrician to Part P standards.

Are swim spas hard to maintain?

Not at all. A five-minute water test once a week, a filter rinse every fortnight and a quarterly drain-down keep things crystal-clear. Our after-sales team is on hand if you ever need advice.
