Wasnt sure how often wed actually use it, but its barely had a night off. Easy to control, plenty of jet power and looks brilliant with the lights on. The delivery team were friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. Really pleased overall.

Best purchase weve made this year. The kids love the fountains and lights, while me and my wife mainly use the loungers once theyve gone to bed. Delivery was quick and professional, and Molly was always easy to get hold of when we needed anything.

Honestly cant fault the Retreat Plus at all. It feels really roomy without being massive, and the two loungers are the seats everyone fights over. Molly was brilliant when we ordered and the delivery lads were friendly, careful and had it set up exactly where we wanted.

Only had it three weeks but so far its been worth every penny. Looks smart, feels solid and the fountains and lights are a nice touch without being over the top. Pauline was brilliant from the first call and the delivery team were friendly, tidy and very professional.

Love the fact theres two loungers rather than everyone arguing over one. Its a great size for us and still has space when friends come over. Molly was fantastic and the delivery lads couldnt have been more helpful. Would definitely buy from H2O again.

Really happy we chose the Retreat Plus. Its perfect when its just the two of us but works great when friends come over aswell. The night lights make it look lovely in the garden. Delivery and setup were faultless and Molly was always friendly whenever we called.

Best thing weve bought for the garden. It plugs into the outdoor socket, is simple to use and feels like a much more expensive tub. Pauline explained everything clearly and didnt try pushing extras. Delivery went smoothly and everything was left clean and ready for us to fill.
