Retreat Pro

Exactly the performance we were looking for. We tried cheaper tubs but the jets never felt strong enough. The Retreat Pro has loads of power and the foot jets are excellent. Molly kept us informed throughout and the delivery team were friendly, organised and very careful.

Really good quality and feels built to last. Weve had five adults in comfortably and everyone still got a decent seat with proper jets. The delivery team arrived when they said, positioned it carefully and gave us a useful run through of the controls and chemicals.

Had it for over a month now and were still using it most evenings. The loungers are really comfortable, theres plenty of room and the speakers sound surprisingly good. Molly answered every question we had and was always easy to get hold of. Very happy with everything.

Couldnt be more pleased with it. The jets are strong enough to actually massage rather than just move the water around, and the two loungers are really comfortable. Pauline was fantastic throughout and the install lads even helped us double check the best position before putting it down.

We nearly bought the Retreat Plus but decided to upgrade to the Pro for the extra jets and power. Really glad we did because the massage is properly strong, especially through the back and legs. Molly was brilliant and the delivery lads got everything positioned without any fuss.

The jet power is amazing and definately stronger than other tubs we looked at. I use it after running and it really helps loosen my legs and lower back. Delivery was on time and the guys gave us a proper explanation of everything before they went. Couldnt fault the service.

Best part of our garden now. We use the loungers after the gym and the upright seats when friends come round. The jets have serious power and the speakers make it feel like a proper little spa. Delivery and installation were both excellent.

Been using it every evening since it arrived, even when the weather hasnt been great. The loungers are deep, the water stays hot and the jets are seriously powerful. Katie was lovely to deal with and the delivery lads made getting a heavy tub into our garden look easy.

Looks brilliant on our new decking and feels very well made. The fountains, lights and speakers are a nice bonus but the powerful jets are the main thing for us. Delivery was easy and the team took time explaining chemicals, heating and how to adjust each massage seat.

Couldnt fault the whole experience really. Pauline was helpful without constantly chasing us, delivery happened on time and the lads explained everything clearly. The tub itself is roomy, powerful and very comfortable. Weve already recommended it to two friends who are looking for one.

Wasnt sure whether the Pro would be worth the extra money, but after using it I think it definately is. The jets are powerful and the circulation pump keeps it quieter when filtering. Pauline was really knowledgeable and made everything straightforward from ordering through to delivery.

Was a bit unsure about needing a 32 amp supply but its been worth getting it done. The power from the two pumps is fantastic and doesnt drop off when more jets are opened. Pauline explained what we needed before delivery and made the whole process simple.

We love the two loungers and the fact neither one feels like the weaker seat. Theres plenty of power even with most of the jets open. Molly was patient while we decided on the colour, and the lads delivering it were helpful and had a good laugh with us.

Very happy with the Retreat Pro. Its a good size for five adults but still fits neatly on our patio. The jets around the shoulders and feet are my favourite. Molly was patient while we sorted the electrics and the delivery lads were brilliant on the day.

Worth upgrading to the Pro in my opinion. We compared it with the Retreat Plus and wanted the stronger massage, extra jets and bigger pump setup. Its definately got some power behind it. Molly helped us compare both models honestly and never tried to rush the decision.

Been brilliant for my back and shoulders after work. The jets are much stronger than I expected and easy to adjust when you want something gentler. Pauline explained the 32 amp requirements clearly before we ordered, so there were no surprises when it arrived.

The sound system is much better than I expected from a hot tub. Music actually sounds full rather than tinny, and the lights make it look brilliant at night. The jets are seriously powerful aswell. Delivery lads were great and showed us how to use all the controls properly.

The Retreat Pro is exactly what we wanted. It feels powerful but still relaxing, and the separate seats all seem to target different areas. Molly was lovely from the first call and the installation team were professional, polite and left the patio completely clean afterwards.

Absolutely cracking hot tub. Strong jets, comfy seats and enough space for all of us without knees knocking together. The lighting and music are nice extras too. Delivery lads were sound and managed our narrow side access without damaging the gate or plants, which was impressive.
