Vortex

Loads of room and really comfortable seats. Weve had six people in without it feeling crowded, which was one of our main concerns. Molly was patient while we decided on the colour and the team delivering it were friendly, tidy and very careful.

Really impressed by the jet power and how different each seat feels. You can move around depending on where you want the massage. Pauline explained the 13 amp and 32 amp options clearly, and the delivery lads did a cracking job with our narrow access.

The Vortex looks even better in person. The finish is really smart and the lighting makes the garden look brilliant at night. The jets are much stronger than our old tub. Delivery went smoothly and the lads explained all the controls before leaving.

Weve had the Vortex for just over a month and its been brilliant. Loads of room for everyone, strong jets and the lounger is really comfortable. Molly was helpful from the first call and the delivery lads were friendly, careful and got it positioned perfectly.

The lounger is worth it on its own, especially after a long day at work. Theres also plenty of upright seating when family come over. Pauline answered all my daft questions and never made me feel rushed. The installation team were professional and really helpful.

Had friends round last Saturday and the Vortex was a massive hit. Six of us fitted in comfortably and everyone got a decent seat with good jets. The water stayed hot all evening too. Delivery lads were sound and left no mess behind.

Perfect for our family of five with room to spare. The kids love the fountains and lights while me and my husband usually fight over the lounger. Molly answered loads of questions before we ordered and was always friendly. Delivery day went very smoothly too.

Really glad we went with the Vortex. It fits the whole family comfortably and has a good mix of upright seats and the lounger. The jets are strong and the sound system is better than expected. Delivery and setup were both excellent.

Worth every penny so far. Its spacious enough for parties but still feels relaxing when its only the two of us. The build feels solid and the insulated cover is really thick. Molly and the delivery team were all friendly, helpful and easy to deal with.

Really happy we picked the Vortex. We compared a few models but this one had the right mix of seating, power and features. The 3HP pump gives a really good massage. Delivery was smooth and the lads took time to get it perfectly positioned.

Had a brilliant experience from ordering to delivery. Molly answered everything clearly, kept us updated and was always friendly. The Vortex itself is spacious, powerful and easy to look after. Weve already recommended it to our neighbours.

We use it more than we ever thought we would. The Vortex heats well, holds its temperature and has loads of space. The jets in the different seats target different areas which is really useful. Pauline was brilliant and delivery happened exactly when promised.

Looks fantastic on our patio, especially in the evening with the corner lights and fountains running. The AquaSonic speakers have a good amount of bass and dont sound tinny. Molly kept us informed throughout and the delivery lads did a cracking job.

The lounger is definately my favourite bit, but the other seats all have good jets aswell. It feels much more premium than the price suggests. Pauline was lovely on the phone and the delivery team made an awkward installation look completely straightforward.

Absolutely made up with our Vortex. It feels like a proper premium hot tub without being complicated to operate. The jet pressure is excellent and the sound system is much better than expected. Molly was lovely and delivery went without any problems at all.

The whole family loves it. Theres plenty of space, the kids enjoy the fountains and I usually claim the lounger before anyone else can. The delivery team were brilliant and took real care around the patio. Couldnt have asked for better service.

Really good balance between being a family hot tub and somewhere to properly relax. The upright seats are comfortable and the lounger gives a great full body massage. The speakers and fountains are nice extras too. Delivery and installation were both spot on.

Couldnt be happier so far. The Vortex heats up well, feels solid and is simple enough to use. The lights and fountains are a nice touch without being over the top. Pauline was friendly and delivery happened exactly when they said it would.

Couldnt fault the service from start to finish. Molly was patient, friendly and answered everything honestly. The Vortex arrived exactly when promised and the delivery team took real care around our new decking. The hot tub itself is comfortable, powerful and easy to use.

We chose the Vortex mainly because of the six seats and its been exactly what we needed. Theres enough room for everyone and the lounger doesnt take up too much space. The speakers sound good too. Great service from Molly and the install team.

The jets are properly powerful without blasting you out the seat. I use the Vortex after football and it really helps my back and legs. Pauline was great on the phone and the installation lads explained the controls and chemicals in normal English, which helped alot.

We absolutely love our Vortex. Theres loads of room for the whole family and the lounger is easily my favourite seat. The jets have plenty of power and it looks brilliant lit up at night. Molly was lovely throughout and the delivery lads were fantastic.

Perfect size for us as a family of four, with extra room when friends visit. The lounger is lovely after work and the upright seats are just as comfortable. Molly kept us updated throughout and the delivery team couldnt have been more helpful.

The Vortex is even better than it looked online. The Storm Cloud finish looks really smart and each seat gives a slightly different massage. Pauline was helpful without being pushy and the delivery lads made getting such a big tub into our garden look easy.

Plenty of room and good strong jets in every seat. We had six adults in at the weekend and it was comfortable, not all knees and elbows like some tubs we tried. Delivery was on time and the guys were friendly, organised and very careful.

Cracking hot tub for the money. Its roomy, easy to control and has plenty of power. We had five adults in last weekend and nobody was cramped. Pauline was great to deal with and the installation lads were tidy, polite and knew exactly what they were doing.

We chose the 32 amp version and are glad we did. The jets stay nice and powerful and the water keeps warm while were using it. Pauline explained the electrical side clearly, and the delivery team positioned the tub exactly where we wanted it.

Wasnt sure wed use it as much as we do, but its on most evenings now. The Vortex is really comfortable and every seat has decent jets. Molly answered loads of questions before we bought and never once made us feel like a nuisance.

Best garden purchase weve made. Its great when the kids are in it but even better later when its just us with the lights and music on. The jets have loads of power and the delivery lads were absolute professionals from start to finish.

Was worried a six seater might take over our patio but it fits the space perfectly. Inside theres loads of room and the lounger is really comfortable. Molly helped us check all the measurements and kept us updated right through to delivery. Very pleased with it.

Really impressed with the power from the jets. I expected it to be relaxing but it gives a proper massage aswell, especially around the shoulders and back. The delivery lads managed our awkward side access with no fuss and showed us how everything worked before leaving.

Really happy with our Vortex. We wanted something big enough for friends and family without feeling too bulky in the garden. The jets are powerful, the lights look great and Pauline made the whole ordering process easy. Delivery was spot on too.
