Designed for UK homes, the Retreat Bay XL boasts a robust aluminium frame it it's core and an easy-to-clean wood-effect composite cabinet.

What's the difference between the Retreat Bay XL and the XL Lite?

They are exactly the same, with one exception... the number of jets. The XL Lite has 57 jets, meaning a more powerful massage from the back, shoulder and leg jets.

The Retreat Bay XL has an extra 10 jets on the base of the seats, for hitting the backs of the thighs/knees.

We ended up going for the Lite instead...

We ended up going for the Lite instead of the XL and honestly, it was the best decision for us. The stronger back massage jets were exactly what we wanted, and we weren’t fussed about the extra leg jets. The fact that it was also cheaper was a big win! Molly made the whole thing simple, explained the differences clearly and didn’t push us either way, which we really appreciated. We’re so glad we trusted our gut – the back massages are incredible and the tub is getting used every day already.

Do you deliver the Retreat Bay XL (Lite) in my area?

We deliver our hot tubs all over the UK mainland... so if you live in England, Scotland or Wales then yes, we do!

Can you deliver with a crane?

We don't have a crane ourselves, but we can help you to source a crane for delivery over the top of your property or to an upper level.

Should I use chlorine or bromine?

This is entirely personal choice. Chlorine is the most common chemical for a hot tub and for maintaining clean water, but bromine can be suitable for those with chlorine sensitivity. Speak to our team to learn more.

What ground work do I need for the Retreat Bay XL (Lite)?

We recommend a hard, flat ground with a poured concrete base that has been levelled off.

You can then add gravel, bark or anything else around this to create a decorative effect.

We can also install on patios (as long as they're flat) and decking if it it reinforced.
