Pauline and Katie in the office were great with communication while Lee and Simon were superb in delivering and installing the hot tub in what was an appalling day weather wise! The Service so far from H2O was brilliant. Spoke to Katie and Pauline from the office and they were so friendly and helpful and can see why the reviews are so good of this company. Pre ordered our Ember to get the best price and looking forward to delivery in a few weeks' time when they arrive!

Super excited for delivery of our new hot tub!!! Ordered the Ember and Molly was so great and friendly and helpful to help us choose. We wanted a small spa where we could lay side by side and this is the best one we found, can't wait!

Just put our order in for the Retreat pro model as we want something powerful but that's not too big for our space, still big enough for us both because we're both 6ft tall and its hard to find a good value spa with big enough loungers!

This is our first hot tub and we are really enjoying it. We go in most days after the kids get back from school and usually at the weekends too. Probably 5 times a week on average which is great as you never know if it will really fit your lifestyle or not. The kids love it and my wife and I can occasionally get to go in by ourselves too. It's plenty big enough for the four of us, we haven't had guests yet. The jets work really well and the maintenance routine is quite easy. For us its usually just a bit of chlorine and a weekly filter change as the ph etc all seem to hold quite steady.

We are still running it on the 13A socket but will hopefully be getting the 32A supply soon.

From ordering to installation the team, Molly, Katie, Lee & Simon made the whole process easy. The tub is just as described and the installation was made very easy by the guys, whilst the ladies made the buying and delivery stress free. The tub is just the best way to relax after a hard day at work. Well done everyone at H2o

I had high expectations and the Vortex still beat them. Molly made the whole process smooth and reassuring. The massage you get from the jets is excellent and the overall build feels very solid!!

From the first soak, the Retreat Plus stood out. Molly explained everything clearly and gave us confidence. It’s easy to use and incredibly relaxing.

We originally went in just to have a look, and Molly ended up guiding us through everything without ever pushing. It felt very relaxed, which I appreciated. The Azure looks great in the garden and feels far more premium than I expected. We keep saying it’s like having a little holiday at home. Since it arrived, it’s become part of our routine, which says a lot.
